We are a film recruitment platform changing the industry of film production with “crewfunding”, a financial algorithm developed by us that helps producers save up to 20% of their budgets and enables crews to become invested in the films they work on. This model has no competition on the global market and we are quickly establishing our first mover advantage. In the past, this model has been successfully implemented on individual projects, among which include Frances Ha, The Full Monty, Warp X productions and even Star Wars! We’ve just launched the Big Couch beta platform and graduated from Mass Challenge Accelerator. We’ve started this company in mid 2014 because we are highly passionate about independent film production. We want to see more films made in the UK and open up the opaque job market for crews. We were part of the SIRIUS programme, funded by the UKTI and mentored by Oxygen tech-accelerator. We are always looking for talented and passionate film professionals who are on the lookout for job opportunities in the film and media industries. Our service is and will always be entirely free for crews. They can join, build their profile, recommend their dream team, browse projects and apply to jobs they love. All jobs are paid.
