Beetroot fibre

Sustainability and naturalness have now become a food ingredient

Our unique drying and milling process of beetroot pulp creates a sustainable and natural beetroot fibre with high water retention (1-15) and naturally rich in nitrate.

About

Our process of drying and milling vegetable fibres is unique and creates sustainable and natural food fibres made from food, unlike many other food fibres or stabilisers not made from food. The beetroot fibre in addition to these properties has a natural content of nitrates making it suitable for replacement of E-Numbers in meat products. Given our product is not a concentrate regulatory obstacles at this point can be cleared in most countries.
