Create digital identities for society's most vulnerable enabling them to access public, national and Government services and welfare & help them to improve their life skills.

About

The Digital Log Book (DLB) enables the delivery of public services to citizens, allowing them to self subscribe to public services that they need. The advantage of this is that local and national Government can deliver services to citizens, based on their profile, and then target other services, digitally, to them based on their needs and wants. This addresses the need of the individual.  Combined with this, it enables local and national Government to identify gaps and to fill those gaps thus leading to more efficient service delivery and reducing waste, as one size does not fit all.  Adopting this innovative approach will help public service providers to encourage citizens to better engage with society and carry out actions that they might not normally do, such as organ donation.  There are a number of individual, society and Government benefits: 1) Help reduce the cost of service delivery and reduce waste.  2) Improve the delivery of services and take up as well as the quality of service delivery.  3) Target the most vulnerable in society, the highest users of local and national Government services, improving self service and self responsibility building confidence and trust.
