This invention is a fully asymmetric backscatter communication paradigm that pushes all the complexity to the reader, and enables tags to communicate virtually without restriction. Decoding current streams at the reader is achieved using a combination of time-domain separation of interleaved signal edges, and phase-domain separation of colliding transmissions.
