Kerry Taste & Nutrition are looking for commercially ready solutions and/or research partners in the natural clean label food ingredients area specifically covering natural clean label preservative/antioxidant alternatives.

Preservatives (e.g. nitrates in meat, benzoates in beverages, BHA/BHT in high fat products) are used to prevent microbial/oxidative spoilage. Kerry are looking for natural clean label alternatives which provide similar function in food and beverage products.
