Mondelēz International is looking for new and innovative approach for the food industry with a particular focus on baked good flavor. Mondelēz International focus on building and improving tools to ensure the quality of their baked good products to deliver an exceptional consumer experience.

Their R&D team is seeking for SMEs to build a prediction model for flavor generation during baking applicable for its baked goods. 

Candidates are expected to highlight capabilities including:

  • Previous knowledge of flavor development in baked goods
  • Ability to perform experiments and analysis to collect critical data
  • Experience building prediction models 

Mondelēz International is interested in innovative approaches at all stages of development.
