Every second, someone somewhere in the world dies of a hunger-related issue and we are running out of land to produce enough food. By 2050 we need to produce 70% more food than we do today, but we are already putting a catastrophic strain on the earth and we are damaging the food chains such as the amount of plastic found in our oceans. We all recognise that we need to do something to slow down climate change but finding the right solutions can be challenging. Therefore, using my professional qualifications, over 17 years of auditing experience and my academic achievement ( HND & PGd from Cranfield University and MSc in Environmental Managment from the University of Wales) I am working with hospitality, events and tourism businesses to create a circular economy, whereby all resources are used, with zero waste.
