My sole goal in any assignment is to improve the EBITDA of the organization. LBWA (Leadership By Walking Around) with the staff, with the customers and then making sure the staff and customer realities are synchronistic is critical for success. As a “corporate development specialist,” I am also a “catalyst” for change to achieve a business advantage and then maintain that advantage through sustained growth. Effective change needs to focus on business advantage and provide the customer support needed for the client to enjoy and value their interactions with the company. My background allows me to effectively interact with clients to gain the understanding needed to optimize the business relationship. These are the “Key Leverage Actions” (KLA) are defined these provide the focus for growth and profitability. Once the “KLAs” that will expedite growth are identified, I then look inside the organization to determine if the resources are at hand to gain the advantage and sustain an advantage. Using the KLAs as business objectives I engage leadership and staff to deliver the product and service levels needed to optimize business relationships. With the expectations/accountabilities defined through developing the tactics to address KLAs, I am able to provide the mentoring and resources needed to achieve both individual and corporate successes.
