It uses an interactive questionnaire to understand what is working and where the difficulties and frustrations are, from the staff point of view. It then delivers action plans and contextual learning materials that help HR, L&D, line managers or other agents to resolve the difficulties people are experiencing.
WeThrive has been established seven years and has a good roster of clients in varied fields. It gives people an additional voice, a channel through which they can relay the opportunities for improvement in the way they work, even when they are not normally conscious of the difficulties.
