I joined Food and Market Department in Natural Resources Institute (www.nri.org) with 14 years of industrial R&D experience in food and biotechnology sectors across North America and Europe. I had been working for last nine and half years in food science and technology at Unilever based in Netherlands. In Unilever, I successfully delivered patented clean label product and sustainable process technologies (lead inventor of 3 patents) as well as led their market implementations for brands like Knorr, Hellmann’s etc. With my specialist knowledge in food and flavour technologies, plant based food as well as extensive FMCG work experience at the intersection of sustainable product technology and supply chain, I am looking forward to enable climate smart food innovation via working together with innovation challengers. In NRI, I'm co-leading brand new Food Innovation lab sponsored via part of £18million Strength in Places award to NRI and partners in 2020. We would like to develop this as 'makers space' via working with external industrial partners to solve your innovation challenges
