With a PhD in physics and an LLM in advanced IP litigation Julian focusses on high technology patent preparation & prosecution and litigation. Areas of technical expertise include telecommunications, electronics, software (contributor to IP chapter of "Responsible AI" published by the International Technology law Association), crypto-technology, semiconductor and quantum physics, medical devices as well as mechanical engineering. Julian is experienced IP procurement & enforcement strategies before the UKIPO, European Patent Office, UK courts as well as before the major patent offices throughout the World. He advises clients from start-up to multi-national on IP strategies.
