I am a Business Strategist, Innovation Director, Peak Performance Coach, and Business enabler with 15 years' experience in a strategically driven commercial environment. I have an MBA as well as being Chartered in both Management and Consulting, which I utilise through my own Consultancy business. As an Innovation Director with Oxford Innovation, I provide practical in-house business support at The Innovation Centre in Colchester. This is a home for Entrepreneurs, Innovators, Start-up, Scale-up and SMEs who wish to develop their businesses in a like-minded collaborative community. As an enabler, I help Founders, Owners, Leaders and Business Executives to commercialise their ideas and signpost them to industry experts through my extensive network. This allows them to drive change in the business and accelerates growth quicker. As a licensed Peak Performance Coach I take on private clients each month. I help these Leaders to fulfil their potential, drive positive change in themselves and the business, plus challenge the Status Quo. By showing clients the fundamental links between psychology and personal success this develops their Leadership skills and allows them to perform on a daily basis.
