I started my career almost 15 years ago as a chemists and moved up to building & leading R&D teams and had opportunities to work with Multinationals, Contract Manufacturers and SMEs along the way. In May, 2019, I co-founded ARETE Labs(www.Arete-labs.com), an innovative & independent R&D Lab that provides formulation development, regulatory, registration and testing services within personal care, cosmetics, homecare , industrial chemicals and complementary medicines. ARETE labs brings new ideas, creativity & innovation to these industries.
