Based on the challenges on this platform, a lot of them require innovation management and direction. We help companies with £100m+ turnover achieve this by spotting new opportunities with existing IP or help them develop new disruptive IP that helps them stay ahead. In a lot of instances, these start with the likes of an Innovation Sprint, working with key decision makers and stakeholders to pull out good ideas and quickly develop them with the team at 4c. We have covered the first 3-4 TRLs in the space of 3-4 months and provided real commercial opportunities. Challenges covered have been: - New product development for existing markets - Improvements to efficiencies and sustainability during production - Scaling up academic research - Developing unique and empathetic user experiences What makes us unique is we've done all this for ourselves with an international spin-out product business.
