Biological Activity
CRP-A is a synthetic cross-linked collagen-related peptide with a triple helical structure that make it as a glycoprotein VI (GPVI) receptor activator for platelet activation. CRP-A is a strong platelet agonist for platelet function tests.
The biological activity of CRP-A has been demonstrated using Light Transmission Aggregometry, Flowcytometry and Growth Factor analysis using ELISA.
