About
The AcoustaShield barrier is a pultruded fibreglass product. Pultrusion of fibreglass has been used since the 1940s. Improved UV treatment and the means to powder coat the product has addressed the degradation challenges historically associated with fibreglass. This has paved the way for the hugely beneficial properties of fibreglass based products to address the key performance criteria and disrupt the traditional wood, concrete and metal acoustic/security barrier markets.
