Chorella and spirulina are the dominant, well-known microalgae. Chlorella has a poor digestibility and nutritional benefits - Spirulina is grown in ponds and therefore poorly scalable - Galderia provides a breakthrough in microalgae proteins, providing both scalability and excellent nutritional benefits. Galderia contains 55%+ proteins, with all essential AA, high B2 vitamin, high phycocyanin (anti-ox). Our strains and process will scale to x100m3 of fermentation in a continuous mode. We have filed several patents on this technology package
