The concept introduces a transportation company, which owns park of ride-hailing autonomous passenger taxi and delivery trucks. The company provides all transportation needs of a city or part of it, city center, for instance. Other vehicles are not allowed in this part of the city. Such a model makes possible to arrange non-stop one-way traffic resembling water vortices. To cross a road/street the vehicle enters the flow tangentially, changes lanes and exit from the opposite side. This maneuver is not complex provided that vehicles are capable "talking each other" (see for instance, https://www.auto-talks.com/company/about-us/ ). The movement of vehicles occurs at almost constant relatively low speed (say 60 km/h).
