Elevator Pitch: bNesis provides API-only based platform to continuously monitor and track all crucial events and issues of the banking/insurer clients that can influence risks, fraud, churn, and sales from non-traditional data sources Problem: Financial institutions and insurance companies (FI&IC), regularly, don’t have an effective way to get 360 degrees overview of their clients and understand their needs, preferences, habits and problems FI&IC get, monitor and analyze only regular data of their clients from credit bureaus (which is expensive and can’t be done very often), and internal databases (transaction data), which is not enough Though SME and consumers use lots of other services and companies (external, non-traditional sources of data) which FI&IC don’t have any access to. Thus, FI&IC are not as much efficient as they could be in targeted and personalized sales of loans and insurance services, in analyzing fraud and churn because of the lack of access to a private data of their clients which is available in non-traditional and external data sources only. In addition, FI&IC can’t instantly find out about all important changes and issues of the SME and consumers that can influence the risks, churn, fraud and sales. If something important happens: A client is looking for a new job or lost the previous one. Can influence risks; A client liked the competitor FI or shared negative info about the FI. Can influence churn; Decrease/increase of the income of a consumer or SME. Can influence risks and credit lines; A client is using health wearables. Can influence risks, sales, and insurance rates; A baby was born. Can influence targeted and personalized insurance and mortgage sales; A client is traveling more often. Can influence travel insurance sales and credit card limit; A client liked a car dealer or an apartment. Can influence car credit/mortgage sales and targeted offers A FI doesn’t know anything about this and can’t react fast to increase sales, reduce the risks, make targeted offers and better interact with the own clients. The better premium rate or a better insurance package will be offered At the website or in the app of the FI&IC, the borrower gives the consent to analyze his expenses, income, social, and financial data from different external services, while applying for a loan or insurance Later, the second module with “Trigger + Action” technology is turned on. bNesis continuously monitor all crucial events of the client that can influence the risks, churn, fraud, and sales, and alerts the FI&IC about them immediately after they occur. The non-traditional sources of data we provide can be monitored even every 5 seconds free of charge. In addition, based on triggers and FI&IC products, all the clients will be segmented automatically for marketing campaigns via e-mail/SMS services. FI&IC will save money and reduce the level of marketing spam - offers of their products and services will be sent specifically to those who need them right now.
