CHRYSO®ICARE Technology - Innovative Cement Activation & Rheology Enhancement - is a new CHRYSO patent-pending solution. CHRYSO®ICARE is a disruptive technology developed to provide extra-activation to cements manufactured from challenging process configurations and Vertical Roller Mills, specific processes where the performance of conventional strength enhancers is limited. CHRYSO®ICARE additives allow to reach extra-compressive strengths at all ages improving the cement fineness through better process interactions. CHRYSO®ICARE empowers cement reactivity, process performance.creating a synergy effect between chemical and mechanical activation to further increase cement strengths at all ages and optimise clinker factor. CHRYSO®ICARE Technology overtakes process limitations to convert additional compressive strengths into clinker factor reduction increasing SCM (Supplementary Cementitious Materials) content in cement, hence reducing CO2 emissions. CHRYSO®ICARE also limits process dusting issues in the cement plant for better working conditions (human & materials).
