Wadaro Limited is the first vendor to offer SIM and device based Customer Quality of Experience solutions now with over 15 million TAP enabled cards across Africa, Europe and LATAM.  Our solutions monitor the Quality of Service delivered to individual subscriber’s. By aggregating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), a measure of RAN, Core and Device quality is also provided. By crowdsourcing KPI’s directly fromsubscriber’s devices we are able to monitor normal service across a broad geography (including in-building and remote areas) and a large range of devices. The resultant data provides MNO’s with the ability to react more quickly to poor service and to prioritize action to improve service quality and the overall customer perception of the service and MNO brand and reduce costs.  In November 2015, Wadaro was announced as a winner of the prestigious Red Herring Global Award.
