About

During the initial stages of Covid-19 in March 2020, we created a platform to help the NHS get continuous improvement insights from nurses and patients, identifying blockers and seeing opportunities to improve efficiency in a quick, real-time way. Whether it be nurses, employees, farmers or end-user customers, many people have key insights to share but no one platform to go to in order to get their idea heard. Surveys are slow and restrictive in their approach. Consultants, focus groups or interviews are time consuming and costly. Our platform provides a quick, real-time approach to capturing and analyse large amounts of qualitative data - enabling decisions that create better customer experiences, build better products or improve operations efficiencies. With funding from Innovate UK, we're now looking to partner on interesting use cases to help people get their voice heard.
