Inly empowers firms with this process: expedited, digitized, and beautified. Each participating member of the organization receives solicitations to write something nice about another person. When they do, that person gets an alert and a solicitation to write something else nice about yet another person. The pleasant messages and concepts accumulate, while our algorithms ensure diversity in content and prevent excessive inbox crowding. At the end of the allotted time, the organization's yearbook is published. These contain beautifully designed messages organized into categories, and they contain statistics and superlatives from across the body of participants.
