Integrating novel scalable blockchain and trade finance solutions into industrial food production infrastructure.

About

Fresh Supply Co have unmatched expertise in the integration into existing industrial food production infrastructure, directly into production ERPs where present and customer clientware, where existing solutions do not exist. We have done this for several verticals, including apples in Japan, where we digitise approximately 20% of domestic production in a physical to digital (phygital) process and integrate into our innovative decoupled technology stack. Seventy percent of all avocados exported out of Australia are tracked on the blockchain by Fresh Supply Co. Our approach allows once siloed information to gain value by creating a digital narrative of food assets, by combining and aggregating multiple data streams as part of the holistic application of several technologies in addition to blockchain in order to build secure and resilient, digitised food supply chains. We have integrated forensic stable-isotope (plus trace element testing, partners Source Certain International), and proprietary high-security product marking (partners Laava ID). We are experienced in working with government and industry bodies, recently securing 10mn in Australian Government Federal funding to build digitally enabled resilient export supply chains. FSCo are also currently testing novel trade finance approaches made possible through utilisation of payment partners AliPay and MasterCard - these include milestone-based partial payments on trade invoices, and collateralised trade financing to shrink typical terms of trade. Fresh Supply Co also have extensive track record in working with classification societies just like Lloyd's Register - having previous and ongoing work with DNVGL, who has partnered with FSCo in certifying data collected which is then written to the blockchain. This is to ensure that claims and data written to the blockchain have the veracity required to underpin international trade.
