Description A system of a small DC-DC converters that are used in conjunction to montior cell balance and measure real-time online cell impedance. This allows the user to monitor and remove individual cells within a battery system. It eliminates the need for additional balancing circuits while controlling the voltage between circuits. Battery Technology Battery pack design ,architecture and control  seperate from the DC-DC power converter. Need for additional electronic cicuit to monitor battery health, faults and balance between different battery cells. Inability to effectively decouple battery cells performance from each other.
