ETBM is a TBM that bores faster and smash less amount of the stones. In fact, ETBD slices stones instead of smashing them.
About
ETBM goes forward and the cutters smash the stones in a plus shape. Then the slicers slice the stones. Some jacks push the ETMB forward and some jacks push above and down the tunnel. In the end a lifter put the sliced stones on the mine carts.
