Receive and Apply Personalized Nutrition Plan and Workout Program When new customers come to fitness clubs, the trainers will do a body check and according to your level, body type and goals you want to reach (lose weight or gain weight) food preferences and/or allergies, the club will create your personal nutrition plan and workout program. All of this information will always be available on your mobile device. Online Chat • Online chat in App. We will connect all our members with one chat. • In this group there always will be admin, who will monitor the chat, and help people with any questions they have. Interaction between your members will help to create a community, where they can chat with each other, share their own experiences, and ask questions. People will not feel lonely anymore, even if they come to a club with no friends, online chat will help them to find new friends. Which I believe will increase their customer loyalty. Notifications When customers come to gym they scan their keys (cards), which will give you information about when their last visit to the gym was. If the customer is absent for too long, the app will send a kind reminder or notification to their phone to encourage them to keep coming (directly or through an automated reminder). As calling your customers sometimes annoys them, these notifications promt them to keep the club in mind. There are many mobile apps doing same thing, they send notifications to remind people to keep going. Gather Information/Stored Information Gather information about your customers and store it online.
