Card linking

Card linking is a popular technology that allows customers to simply link their payment card and start collecting points for their eligible purchases. This technology allows accurate recording of transactions, specifying which transactions or venues should be eligible as well as other useful functionality. It works across POS systems and vendors as well as with most prominent card issuers, such as Visa & Mastercard. The benefits include completely seamless experience for the customer and simple set up. However, it may not work for those wishing to include customers with foreign payment cards.


POS connector

Additionally, we offer an alternative solution, which is a think client that can be installed on any type of POS system. This POS connector simply sends transaction data straight from each POS directly to the WLL platform, collecting accurate payment data including details of which venue they happened in. Additionally, it can be used for further customer data collection, such as registering customers using email addresses and using the technology for e-receipts. There is no need for integrations, simply download the software to connect each POS. We recommend this technology for businesses who simply wish to collect payment data and are not interested in providing customer loyalty.

White Label Loyalty powers a first-of-its-kind rewards programme called Tickit that allows UAE residents seamlessly get rewarded for visiting and shopping at virtually any destination across the country. Unlike ever before, Tickit allows you the opportunity to earn points across diverse categories at the UAE’s largest attractions and entertainment offering, leading theme parks, dining and hospitality, online and in-store shopping, transport and much more.


White Label Loyalty developed the end-to-end loyalty solution including the back-end rewards management system and the branded front-end loyalty mobile app Tickit. Built with seamless customer experience in mind, the programme brings the user-friendly card-linking technology to the UAE for the first time for both Mastercard and Visa. It means that no physical cards nor app need to be presented when shopping and points are automatically earned. Users can then redeem their accumulated points via a virtual card.


The programme launched in 2022 and has already been a huge success with the UAE residents, driving repeat purchases, more engagement and collecting insightful first party data for personalization.
