Our voice controlled time tracking app will save you time and money and make your workforce more productive. How does it work? We use Geofences which are virtual boundaries and means that field engineers can be notified when they enter a geofence boundary, reminding a user to clock in. Whenever an employee enters an identified geofence zone, the app sends an alert or notification and asks the user to confirm the task that they are completing and the location. When the employee leaves the zone, the geofence time clock stops recording the time. A limitation with existing time tracking solutions is they require the user to interact by tapping on their mobile devices. Our app overcomes this issue by providing users with access to all required functions via voice commands. Need to also track equipment? Then you simply add the relevant equipment to the clock in process. If field notes relating to a particular task that a user is working on needs to be added, then they simply dictates their notes. What if you're a team leader or supervisor and you need to clock in your team? Once again this is no problem and can be achieved via voice commands.
