Real-time sensing technology enables 10,000+ acre continuous monitoring for key greenhouse gases, and scalable cloud-based analytics provides emissions mapping at your fingertips.

About

GreenLITE™ is a telecom-laser-based sensor initially developed for continuous monitoring, reporting, and verification of CO2 for ground carbon capture and storage facilities on ~250 acre scales. It has since evolved to a multi-gas measurement platform with advanced analytics capable of providing gas concentrations and emissions maps over areas >10,000 acres via a secure web-based interface. The technology has been demonstrated for CO2 and CH4 and is being evaluated for H2S and N2O. The sensors are robust and designed for multi-year remote deployments with minimal onsite maintenance requirements.

Key Benefits

GreenLITE™ offers a means for continuous, high-refresh-rate monitoring of an entire area for greenhouse gas emissions and is the only solution which also provides spatial information about the distribution of the gas and emissions on such a large scale. Standoff perimeter-based sensing prevents interference with farming or industrial activities, while mapping enables source localization within the footprint. Hundreds or even thousands of point sensors would be required to cover an equivalent area with similar sensitivity.

Applications

Oil and gas, large complex industrial sites, livestock and agriculture.
