We built tubes as a power source mm waves. We can offer modules covering 1-150 GHz, with power of up to 100KW, CW or Pulses operation.

About

We develop 1-150GHz, up to 100kW sources. We are applying two unique technologies, in building of our high power millimeter wave's tubes. - Water cooled cooper coil. Usually, tube are using superconductors to create the magnetic field needed in tubes. Our coil can be turned on in seconds, unlike superconductors that require a lot of hours to be ready. - Cold cathodes. In the heart of any millimeter wave tube is the cathode. Its aim is to create beam of electrons. The regular source for electron beams is thermionic cathodes. This cathode has to be heated for about 1,1000C. We can build a tube with ferroelectric cold cathodes. They are more robust and no heating needed. They can be used for short pulses, up to few microseconds.
