Support & monitor new skills & behaviours of employees and drive greater impact from learning initiatives, resulting in a more knowledgeable, productive and engaged workforce.

About

Globally we spend billions of dollars per year on corporate learning & development, yet only a tiny fraction (around 10-15%) of what’s delivered gets applied back into the workplace.   Lentum has been designed to assist organisations in developing a culture of learning. It works with the learner and their line manager to make sure new skill, behaviours and competencies are applied back into the workplace after any kind of learning intervention, thereby dramatically increasing the return on investment from all learning and development activity.   Currently there are three main modules to the application. Learning Transfer – providing the learner with the ability to achieve specific goals and targets after the learning intervention and allowing the line manager to monitor this progress, along with motivating them both either by raising a donation for charity or points that can be used against a rewards scheme, allows for increased levels of learning transfer to take place. Continued Professional Development – tracking your own CPD has always been a chore, but now Lentum makes this super easy. Both the line manager and the business can also see what each individual is achieving on a more informal basis, as well as the formal CPD that needs to be carried out. Objectives – moving away from the annual appraisal approach to one of continuous development is now seen as the best way for companies to monitor KPI’s across the business. Because the line manager has easy access to their whole team’s formal and informal learning it makes it particularly easy to have performance conversation as it can be based on real data, the line manager can see what is being achieved (or not), when & by whom.   types of formal and informal learning can be tracked using the software providing a variety of benefits for the learner, line manager, HR/L&D Departments and the business itself. The idea of “what gets measured, gets done” means the informal contract built between the learner, line manager & business using the Lentum application allows for greater transparency when it comes to specific learning outcomes.   Learner benefits: - Easily track and monitor progress with goals after a learning intervention - Be motivated to achieve targets - Monitor all formal and informal learning - Work closely with your line manager to discuss future development   Line manager benefits: - Overview of individual and team learning & development - Monitor progress quickly & easily - Move into a coaching role with your team - Have all the relevant data for better performance conversations   HR/L&D Departments - Unique data on the development of learners - Monitor, track & report on all L&D activity - Easily administer new learning interventions - Reduce the time spent working with line managers on performance management   The Business - Dramatically increase the ROI from learning and development activity - Create a learning culture within your organization - Have a more productive, skilled and knowledgeable workforce - Increased employee life cycle through engaged employees
