An incredible sounding invisible speaker system that is imbedded within walls, ceilings or millwork and covered with either plaster, compound, paint, natural or man-made veneers.

About

Amina is the world-leading developer and manufacturer of invisible loudspeaker solutions. The technology that Amina developed is based on the same principles that a allows a violin, guitar, or piano to fill a room, corner to corner, with no shadowing of the sound, even around physical obstacles. Think of how a violin, with merely a vibrating string, a bridge and a soundboard can have such clear, gentle or loud and percussive sound produced from such a small surface, while smoothly filling the complete space, or how a single piano can keep up with the full orchestra, all through their acoustic design and carefully tailored use of the natural physics of sound. The AMINA invisible loudspeakers work in much the same way, utilizing a soundboard, but instead of the strings and a bridge, it relies on very precise electro-magnetic transducers, which once hooked up to your regular stereo amplifier, create a full-range vibration that, through carefully tuned-coupling to the soundboard, provides a musical response very much like high-end electrostatic loudspeakers, known for producing precision sound reproduction. The difference it that these AMINA planar, flat panel transducers radiate very even and all around, so regardless of its position to the listener, whether hidden in the ceiling or the wall, the loudspeaker will be perceived to be aimed to the listener at any angle, affording everyone to enjoy the sound over its complete full-range of audio frequencies. No more single “sweet-spot” in the room, everyone can enjoy the same performance regardless of seat. Aside the incredible sonic performance of these panels, Amina Invisible Loudspeakers are specifically designed to work in conjunction with an approximately 1/8th layer of surface finish, be it plaster, stucco compound, speckling and paint, or wallpaper and man-made or natural veneers, like wood panelling or high tech finishes, without having to fear plaster cracks, or heavy vibration as would be normal with any conventional in-wall or ceiling loudspeaker. The tiny vibrations, just like a piano or guitar, are so small that they do not move the surface, they merely excite it, and that’s how the sound originates…on the surface of the finish! Being such a natural sound-source, Amina Loudspeakers create a very “live” like soundstage, that can be turned down as soft as a whisper, to as loud as a rockband, while the speakers will be protected by an external filter and limiter, and manufacturer guaranteed for up to 10 years, and with proper use will probably be the last set of speakers you will ever by for your space, as they never go “out of style”. Like a live acoustical performance, one neither has to resort to “ equalizing” the sound by turning up the treble or bass, or engaging the “loudness switch” when using the speakers for back-ground sound. It’s balance in tonality remains very much the same, loud or soft, with nuances and clarity that defy some of the worlds best sounding speakers, but without taking up any real-estate, nor impose on the space. We have been turning heads for over two decades with Amina’s invisible Loudspeakers being installed into some of the worlds most famous public and private places, as well as some of the most treasured living, dining and bedrooms in neighbourhoods around you. Sound should not be seen, Sound should be heard and enjoyed, with zero impact on design and architecture. And we can assure you that when you walk into a space where AMINA loudspeakers are installed, your head too will be turning, your ears trying to determine what your eyes cannot see, and your mind cannot believe. That’s what the Amina Evolution is all about. Pure sound, pure quality, Sound Unseen!
