Its developments have ranged from single-shot disposable baby bottles to its current signature product, the Smart Pouch; which has been designed and developed specifically to support the Refill Station phenomenon. Kolumos Smart Pouch The Vincotte-rated home compostable pouch can be made from EU/FDA food grade approved laminated 19 cellulose/30 extruded biopolymer film. It can be supplied printed or left in its natural translucent form if it’s important for the contents or fill level to be seen. Though manufacture is in the UK, the pouch material can also be supplied on reels to fit horizontal or vertical fill form lines. The multi-use neck and collar are available in various sizes and can be made from either bamboo, recyclable PP or plasticizer-free, thermoplastic bioresin. The cork or bioresin clip-fit/press-fit lid eliminates the need for a zipper or press seal closure and the rings can be fitted with other dispensing devices such as spray nozzles.
