KortMe is a software based product that offers candidates a quick and simple registration whilst allowing the recruiter to see what their candidates are doing, where and if they are available or not. The recruiter can also directly message the candidates to schedule calls. Another benefit to using KortMe is that it manages the challenges that legislation like E-Privacy and GDPR have raised recently by enabling the candidates to choose to be anonymous and visible. I have self-funded a MVP available for download on Google Play and the Apple Store, and now need funding to expand and grow.

The software integrates into existing databases, sending a prompt for all registered personnel to download the App and complete a simple registration. The smart technology means choices are drop down suggestions and not free text, speeding up the efficiency avoiding duplications or typos. Then the recruiters have, at a glance a list or map view of specific searchable skills including the candidates availability (scheduling calendar for shift work) and geographical location at their fingertips. As the candidates have the control to choose to be visible or not KortMe is compliant with the latest legislation for GDPR and e-privacy. Once the recruiters have chosen from a list of candidates they can directly message them for more information.
