About
Limitless Insights combines location data right down to category or department to provide trends within the shopping centers and combines sales data right down to individual SKU depending on access from end user. Our platform is a data platform that can import data directly from the daily close or live position working alongside any retailer. We can also collect this data from a device connected to the tills unobtrusively but still need the retailers permission or we can connect amalgamated data from 3rd party suppliers like Visa or Mastercard by location. Our preferred method is direct with the retailer and at the moment we are working with over 400 stores and 20 plus wholesalers in various sites in the UK & Ireland.
Key Benefits
As a retail based platform we can measure the customer journey by department or by Category and show travel paths for females between 21 - 40 so visited Ladies fashion, then Beauty then footwear. With Epos data we can then show the items purchased so can recommend other areas of interest or personalised offers depending on the granularity of data collected. We are agnostic of retailer or Epos system and can provide hardware to connect to till data without being integrated. It really depends on the retailer or end business and the permissions of the Landlord.
Applications
Our platform is a full data platform linking customer to customer spend or location and can drive additional spend and personalised marketing based on customer stats and areas visited. We can drill down to individual SKU based on purchases by customer. If a loyalty card is used across the stores we can harvest that data and link it to customer movements in the building. We have covered larger schemes like the Olympia stadium project, retail outlets and shopping centres with the Noe group.
