We use our materials to produce 2D, 3D items, using wet or dry methods. Including fibre bottles and caps.

About

We manufacture a microfibrilated cellulose called Curran derived from vegetable waste streams. Curran is embedded into fibre substrates and barrier coatings (both of which we have developed) to allow the replacement of plastic and PFAS products. With this solution, we can make 2D & 3D items for food and beverage, healthcare and personal care packaging needs. This technology is proven with many different brands, who have conducted proof of concept work directly with us or via 3rd party Technological Institutes.

Key Benefits

We provide WVTR, OTR and grease barrier fibre packaging that is suitable for sectors such as food, personal care and healthcare. Our REEF coating is also heat sealable. Our Curran product also helps provide increased wet and dry strength when added to paper or other fibres.

Applications

Packaging for many different product categories.
