Devices to have a flexible screen protector fitted to minimise cracked screens and the return of the devices to be repaired reduce the amount of times the device has to be touched.

We provide a service to manage the deployed Samsung TabActive 2 devices which are used for the ePOD application. The biggest reason for the device returns is a smashed screen because the devices has been dropped and the screen has taken the biggest impact. To swap the devices the following process would be to be followed. Call is made to the help desk. Swap is initiated for the next day. Replacement device is configured and collected by the courier same day. Courier to send and engineer with the replacement device and collects the faulty device. Device is then returned to Peak-Ryzex. Peak -Ryzex send send the device to our repair centre Device is then returned to Tarmac buffer pool of devices. If every device has the screen protector fitted this would help minimise the amount of times that the device needs to be touched. It would not protect all devices but could reduce the devices that are return because they have smashed screens.
