MORF is a web-based platform for visualizing complex biological data. From multi-scale fermentation data, to genomes, transcriptomes and proteomes, MORF integrates this with ease.

About

MORF enables researchers to browse multi-omics data with ease. Built by biologists for biologists for true biological insights, MORF makes Big Data accessible to all. Lead by expert microbiologist Prof Gavin Thomas, MORF specializes in microbial data analysis. Starting with fermentation data, MORF enables key parameters to be aligned so that comparisons between as well as within fermentations are possible. MORF holds over 100 microbial genomes that are free to browse. Omics projects are linked to genomes so that genes and proteins of interest are functionally annotated. Our bioinformaticians can help process your data so you can interrogate it yourself.
