Overview “Veranda” is a distinct variety of St. Augustinegrass characterized by its unique pedigree, good shade tolerance, and high turf quality. Veranda resulted from the F-1 cross between MSA-10 and Seville. This new variety provides an excellent appealing uniform, dense, dark green turf at locations where other St. Augustinegrasses are weakened by excessive shade and disease injury.
