A miniaturised, wearable, GNSS antenna which enables accurate geo-location for dismounted troops, autonomous vehicles etc. Multi-band operation provides assurance of service.

About

Arralis have developed a multi-band, wearable antenna for GPS and Galileo Global Navigational Satellite Systems (GNSS). The device has a surface area of 96 mm x 86 mm, and a total thickness of less than 8 mm, and can be worn on-body, for example by dismounted troops or emergency services, or surface mounted on vehicles, such as autonomous vehicles and drones, to provide high accuracy geo-locational tracking information. Assurance of service is enhanced by providing multi-band operation over the GPS L1, L2, and L5 bands, and the Galileo E1 and E5a bands, which enables high accuracy positioning, with built in channel redundancy in case of loss of a signal or jamming.
