The existing problem • Asset/Field Service management processes require many forms to be filled for Regulatory, Health and Safety, and Operational reasons. Companies either use manual paper forms or static electronic forms, both of which have in-efficiencies. • Work management and forms (data capture) software are not integrated. • User experience is an afterthought, hampering productivity. • Expensive maintenance and not available on cloud. The aim of this project Founding members of ODS have 25+ years ERP and Asset management mobile applications experience. We have seen many mobile solutions and observed their strengths and weaknesses. We aim to bring an innovative mobile solution to the market which meets a common industry demand. Some of the key highlights of the solution would be: • Dynamic form engine to render forms on mobile device and capture relevant data.
