We developed a breakthrough technology for producing ND powders & compounds for diverse applications in industry & medicine. RAY's product list includes easy-to-use additives to coatings, polishing compounds, lubricants, polymers, coolants & inks. Recent achievements in the development of ND biomed applications (multimodal bioimaging, drug & gene delivery, protein isolation & purification and tissue regeneration) make our innovation specially required by pharma industry. Non-constant quality of ND, currently available in the market & no industrial methods of ND disaggregation & uniform mixing, restrict industrial implementation of this unique material. We produce ND by laser treatment of specially prepared targets containing carbon soot & wax. In contrast to detonation synthesis, our process is environment-friendly & non-hazardous, no special requirments for security & location. In addition, we have developed industrial technology of ND surface modification for disaggregation, colloidal stability & uniform particles distribution in various solvents & polymers. The proposed technology enables overcome the barriers of ND commercialization not possible since their discovering in 1963.
