A novel production method of core-shell nanohybrids.

About

Researchers at FAU have developed a novel production method of core-shell nanohybrids. This method allows for the simultaneous formation of these core-shell nanohybrids when two types of nanoparticles are mixed together. This production process does not utilize any organic chemicals such as reduction agents, ligands or surfactants. Additionally, the produced core-shell nanohybrids are stable and tunable for a variety of potential applications.
