The Neptune System is a stainless steel modular framework that can be installed and assembled with limited intrusion into the terrain to provide either a temporary or permanent surface water management system capable of being integrated with existing sewerage infrastructure.

About

Regular excess rainfall and flash flooding across many areas of UK has raised the profile of flood defences and the effectiveness of surface water management. The higher profile has attracted cross party political support to provide central government funding for specific flood defence projects – over £35bn set aside to cover flood defence and water storage projects for next 5 years Currently controlled and monitored through tendering processes offered by the Environmental Agency in conjunction with local authorities and major water companies the existing products rely on concrete to provide a fixed, inflexible solution offering neither scope for adaptability to meet bespoke requirements nor any temporary or periodic solutions. Patented design uses existing, proven technologies to offer control of strong water flows through excess rainfall and can be reconfigured to form holding tanks for irrigation control or similar management needs. The Neptune System holds a number of significant advantages over its nearest competitor products: Modular – design is specific to the circumstances but can be adapted over time to meet changing demand specifications Flexible – bespoke to customer specification regarding capacity, height and can be installed in all terrains Environmental – has limited use of concrete and excavation requirements limit the use of heavy machinery Cost and Timing – on average represents a 25%-30% saving on concrete products and can be installed within [16 weeks] of order Financials Initial product provenance will be established in UK through completion of local authority contracts secured through the focussed marketing strategies that are already in place. Relatively large turnover growth is a function of contract size (average estimated to be £750,000-£1m) and success following on from the initial installations and product approval from the wider water industry. Strong profit margins protected by the competitive advantages as generate projected dividend returns from year 2 Asset base of NSG to include the full patents and intellectual property rights associated with the products securing full value for investment and alignment of investment with sources of return in the event of sale Indicative valuations suggest a current share value of £827 with a potential to grow with conservative revenue and profitability expectations to £2,726. Opportunity Completion of the prototypes constructed with the proceeds of the initial fund raising round are successful and are now available for customer specific testing as part of the approval process. The market remains robust in terms of funding support and discussions with the market leading customers and contractors confirm that the existing product range in the market does not compare favourably with the Neptune System. Need now is for additional working capital to support the anticipated marketing period to initial contract and to attract suitably skilled and experienced Sales & Marketing teams – such funding can be considered as debt, equity or convertible loan. A strong leadership team within the company is set to build upon the founder, Mike Mulvihill’s, expertise to establish the Neptune System as the pre-eminent product for all flood defence and surface water management projects in UK. The system is modular in design, made from available easy materials. The systems can be transported with ease to remote locations. The systems have been verified, checked and tested to the requirements of the BS and Euro standards. The systems can be installed on un-even grounds without the need for substantial logistics, machineries, preparations, and labour. 5. The systems can be built in form of aqueducts to stream water from one locations to another. The systems have the strength and structure integrity to carry solar cells and wind turbines to generate energy to adjacent mechanical systems or utilities. 7. The systems can be built to form storage tank for the water and sewage industries. 8. The systems can be used as retaining walls, to stop rock fall and land slide. The systems are adaptable to suit ground conditions and site layouts. Cladding is over the system to give cosmetic look that suits the surround environment.

Key Benefits

I have designed a fluid retention device which can be used for large holding tanks, flood defence, land retention, aqueducts. The system which we have designed is totally concrete free, can be installed on any terrain above ground, faster to install and requires minimal skill and machinery/plant. Benefits of using Neptune's products No Concrete required - Up to 40% cheaper than concrete Situated above ground for easy access Fast installation Low maintenance Minimal ground preparation Environmentally friendly 95% recyclable. We use recycled products where possible. Will last over 75 years Cladding can be installed

Applications

The Neptune System is modular in construction and applies existing proven engineering techniques, within a patented design, providing the customer a bespoke solution. The system can be erected above or below ground, on any terrain, and as the assembly requires virtually no concrete, it can be flexed to accommodate changing circumstances over time or can be secured to meet the requirements of permanent infrastructure projects. The adaptable nature of the Neptune System design enables it to be used as a low cost alternative to concrete products in similar circumstances and terrains but it is also capable of working equally well where concrete solutions are not feasible as the structure demands less vertical weight compared to reinforced concrete The Neptune System structure can also be covered or clad to provide more aesthetically sensitive appearance in terms of sound insulation and/or outlook improving local community approval.
