Parents who cannot communicate (language barriers) or won't communicate (technology barriers) are now able to notify their child's school who is collecting them from school today.

About

Simple A simple to use view of a schools pupils' after-school collection arrangements in a single window.  Every time a new collection arrangement is made by a parent, the school (and that pupil's teacher) receives an alert (SMS/Text and/or email) to the new collection arrangement. Logging into the school Dashboard, the school is presented with a view of all the new collection plans with pictures and descriptions of the authorised person collecting each child.  Vague or non-existent collection arrangements are a thing of the past because: Non-English speaking parents can set new collection plans using the multi lingual service. The new arrangement is presented to the school in simple English. Parents who prefer to use SMS/Text or a mobile ‘app’, can now communicate with ease, improving communication channels with the school. Teachers get discrete alerts for new collection plans relating only to pupils in their class, allowing the receptionist more time to deal with face to face parent enquires at the front desk. Safe Saving valuable time for the receptionist is of significant benefit for every school but only if the service is safe and the information presented is accurate and guaranteed. The service integrates with most school management systems, so there are no additional databases to maintain, so pupil parent updates happen automatically. All communications are verified as coming from an authorised person using PIN code technology. Matching children to authorised collectors, with detailed descriptions and photos, makes the end of school day transition time safer than ever before. Secure We take data security very seriously and has invested heavily in protection of the service, the data it stores and the way it is accessible by schools and parents. A 6 digit PIN number will assure both parties (parent and school) that the person setting a new collection plan, is who they say they are. All information is encrypted and accessible only to the individual parent and the school. With teachers able to directly access changes to after school collection plans for children in their class, the risk of mis-communication between parent, receptionist and teacher is greatly reduced.
