Summary Organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) are utilized in electronics and organic light emitting diodes for display technology. Our process utilizes a novel method for the production of the charge mobility layer of OTFT that is air stable, easy to process, and has good charger carrier mobility. Additionally, it also provides for the ability to be able to do multiple substrates quickly and in an oxygen rich environment.
