Fermtech has developed a protein ingredient product called Nutriferm. Nutriferm is produced in a natural, circular economy process by fermenting the spent grains from breweries. This makes it low-cost, low carbon, and provides a pleasant flavour.


This unique ingredient is new to market, and the production process is patent pending. Fermtech are currently working with numerous global food companies on customer trials.
