Our ready-for-market antiseptic generating sprayer units create a highly-potent, yet short-lived antiseptic mist directly from air, water, and electricity, and can be used without recurring costs or associated shipping expense of traditional antiseptic cleaning fluids. Our devices create an ultra-fine antiseptic mist of highly reactive chemical species such as hydroxyl radicals (•OH), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), peroxynitrite, ozone, and nitric acid (HNO3). •OH has an oxidation potential twice as high as chlorine bleach and can oxidize most oxidizable materials and compounds in both liquid and gas phases. The antiseptic mist is considered “green”. Leaves no toxic residue —degrading rapidly into water vapor. Our patented technology is the result of decades of university research. The technology is scalable, safe, and simple to manufacture into a broad variety of devices using a common, highly robust architecture. Because antiseptic spray generating units can be transported without recurring costs and associated shipping expense of traditional antiseptic fluids or cleaning fluids. growers and processors will be better able to sustain sterilization and sanitation capabilities in austere, remote, or mobile environments. Our thin film reactor technology is not a “Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide” solution. Our reactive concentrations are much lower and shorter lived. The mist is meant to be sprayed directly onto objects to be treated, avoiding the corrosive and health hazard effects associated with highly concentrated VHP “fogger” systems.
