Hello Soda built Profile; software that interfaces with different data-sources and third party data-providers to collect the digital footprint of a consumer. Profile is initially developed for the lending, gaming, insurance and vetting markets, and currently works with unstructured social data across networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.  We aggregate and quantify social data- building a profile of a consumer covering several representative traits. This provides valuable insight into their behavioural patterns, interests and activities, social roles and engagement level.   These representative traits are presented using scores, and are categorised as follows: Social Connections- Profile assesses whether an applicant has an average number of social connections to give an initial level of confidence that the application is genuine. Financial Assessment- Profile picks up on the applicant’s use of keywords that indicate a lack of money, gambling activities, disillusionment with employers or general discontentedness. Location Indicator- Profile flags any discrepancies in an applicant’s location information. Social Media Activity Indicator- Profile analyses the time and frequency with which the applicant posts to their social media accounts. Social Proximity- Profile assesses applicant’s number of friends, followers or subscribers to ascertain the likelihood of fraudulent activity. Payday Indicator- Profile analyses social activity to gauge applicant’s most likely date of pay. Language and Device Recognition- Device type can be an indication of affluence. Profile tells you if an applicant uses Apple, Android, Windows or another provider to update their profiles. Word Cloud- Profile’s database contains tens of thousands of words taken from linguistic dictionaries. It matches the words used across an applicant’s social profile to indicators such as intent, stress, well-being, conscientiousness and thousands more. Psychological Evaluation- Profile identifies an applicant’s mention of swearwords, criminal activity, anxiety and stress to help you identify the warning signs of a potentially bad accept.   These automated scores are delivered through a user-friendly, customisable dashboard so businesses can utilise the information clearly and with confidence, integrating it into their varying decision-making processes.
